1、裝鍋:把發(fā)酵好的液料,參加鍋中,放入鐵耙,蓋上迫蓋,銜接上氣杠,迫蓋的下沿與酒鍋的銜接處,氣杠與迫蓋的銜接處,氣杠與冷凝器的銜接處,槽內(nèi)都要加滿水密封。灶里點(diǎn)火開(kāi)端燒煮,這時(shí)要特別留意,經(jīng)常地拌和,盡量把鍋底各個(gè)部位都攪到。
1. 2、測(cè)酒:凡是燒煮進(jìn)程,不論是從酒鍋、氣杠仍是冷凝器,從哪個(gè)部位冒氣都是跑酒,所以說(shuō),整個(gè)釀酒設(shè)備遍地都不能有縫隙和裂紋。密封槽里的水始終保持不短少。剛開(kāi)端出酒是頭酒,也便是我們通常所說(shuō)的流上酒。

3、接尾酒:比及出酒管流出的酒度數(shù)低于你所需求的度時(shí),即可把接酒桶提開(kāi),另用桶接尾酒,待尾酒度低于10度,該鍋酒悉數(shù)燒煮完畢,你所接的尾酒,把它參加燒煮酒的液料中一同燒煮,用它相同可出高度酒,一鍋接著一鍋循環(huán)運(yùn)用,尾酒一點(diǎn)也不浪費(fèi)。
3. Receiving wine: when the alcohol content from the wine outlet pipe is lower than the level you need, you can lift the receiving bucket and use the bucket to receive the wine. When the alcohol content is lower than 10 degrees, all the wine in the pot is cooked. The wine you receive will be cooked together with the liquid materials used to cook the wine. 4、放料:壓上灶里火,擰開(kāi)酒鍋底下放料開(kāi)關(guān),放出液料,把放出的滾燙熱料倒入缸或池里和秕谷上,用鐵鍬或勺子趁熱充沛拌和均勻,這時(shí)粗飼料被熱酒槽很快燙熱軟化,待其溫度降下去,隨即就可用來(lái)直接喂豬鵝鴨等家禽了,有酒香味非常喜歡吃。
4.
